How long does your order take to ship?

After we are done doing our happy dance after seeing your order, we will get your item(s) ready to ship out within 1-5 business days!

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, Caitlyn Creates does not offer international shipping, but it is something that we are looking into for the future!

What is our return policy? 

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at caitlyncreates.sc@gmail.com within a week of receiving your order with the order information, the reason you would like to return your item(s) and a photo of the items in your order. If we deem your return request sufficient, we will provide you with a return label for you to send the order back! Once we receive your return, we will then refund you for your order.
